PEUGEOT 508 Berline 2010 - 2014

Generation Information

Body style: None

Segment: None

The Peugeot 508 was released in 2010 as a replacement of the Peugeot 407 and the Peugeot 607 altogether, combining a family oriented sedan with a luxurious looking large vehicle.
The Peugeot 508 was revealed at the Paris Motor Show and was available as a saloon or a SW estate.

Peugeot came with a surprise and released a diesel-electric Hybrid4 model that emitted only 85g/km of CO2.

The 508 was the best family saloon the Peugeot had ever done by that time. The design looked striking from any angle and was a complete makeover of the models it replaced.

The trunk capacity was a great 512 liters, better than most in the 508’s class. The 508’s trunk could be opened by pressing the 0 button in the “508” badge.

Being a family oriented sedan, both headroom and legroom in the back seats was good and the middle seat was comfortable as well due to the transmission’s reduced height in the center.

Although a large car, the 508 was easy to drive around town as well due to the very good visibility.

Inside the cabin Peugeot used quality materials for the dashboard. The instrument dials were very pleasing and users could use the heads-up display as well to avoid taking their eyes off the road.
