Ford’s Special Vehicle Team (SVT) didn’t bother with the 2009 global recession and prepared the launch of a meaner and leaner F-150.
Succeeding F-150 Lightning’s big success back in 2000, Ford’s SVT focused on introducing a new sport version of the popular pickup truck that would be a capable off-road performer as well. The result is the 2010 year model Ford F-150 Raptor SVT. This sports pickup truck saw some serious technical modifications compared to the normal F-150 model and is designed to receive two powerful petrol engines - the 5.4 and 6.2 V8 units.
