The German carmaker introduced its first facelift for the Antara model in November 2010.
The model received a new front fascia, with reworked headlights, as well as redesigned taillights. Changes happened in the interior also, with the car’s center console featuring more quality materials that its predecessor and the lighting system being improved. Better fuel economy is provided with the help of a “shift-up” indicator. Engine-wise, a new 2.2 litre diesel unit now replaces the 2-liter powerplant, while the 2.4-liter petrol has been revised. A new electric parking brake was added.
