Along with the standard version of Pontiac Vibe, Pontiac has also introduced a sportier version, dubbed Vibe GT, which could provide more power than the base model.
The GT had a single engine configuration which was able to release a pretty fair power, 175 hp, and a manual 6-speed transmission. However, the GT lacks important features for a sports car, including and advanced suspension type as well as high-performance brakes, Pontiac’s model being equipped with regular discs on both the front and the rear. However, the GT was discontinued once the carmaker brought out the second generation Vibe.
