ALFA ROMEO Tipo 33 33 Stradale
1967
1969
The Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale is a mid-engined sportscar manufactured by the Italian automaker between 1967 and 1969 in just 18 units.
The “Stradale” suffix indicates the car is a road-legal version of a racing car and was designated to this model as it is derived from the Tipo 33 prototype. The model you see here is the first production vehicle to feature dihedral doors, also known as “butterfly doors” in today’s slang. The 33 Stradale is also built using an aluminum body bolted to an aluminum chassis and all units made have been hand-built. This meant each model differs slightly from the other.
