Unveiled officially at the 2018 Los Angeles Auto Show alongside its sedan brother, the 2020 Mazda3 is the first production model to adopt the newest evolution of the so-called “Kodo design.” Part of the engine lineup has been carried over from the previous generation, with small modifications regarding the power output and fuel economy, while the real novelty comes in the Skyactive-X engine in its first production iteration.
