Built to replace the G20, the G35 Coupe was also known under the namemplate of Nissan Skyline 350GT.
The sports luxury car was unveiled in 2003 and represented the 11th generation of Skyline in Japan and was built on the Nissan 350Z platform.

The G35 was available with both a coupe and a sedan version. The coupe was equipped with a V6 engine that produced 280 hp and 270 lb.-ft of torque.

The G35 was one of the best cars of 2003, a great alternative to the luxurious and more expensive sports cars. The coupe actually offered seating for five, four doors and great headroom along with a good size trunk.

The coupe used a rear-wheel-driving system and the power was transmitted to the rear wheels through a 5-speed automatic transmission. Standard equipment included Brembo brakes.

Also known for the great aerodynamics, the G35 had a low nose with steeply raked windshield and reached a low drag coefficient of only 0.27. Low enough, the drag coefficient could go even lower with the optional Aero Package that reduced it to 0.26.

The G35 was equipped with a smooth-revving 3.5-liter V6 engine that developed 260 hp and 260 lb.-ft of torque.

The G35 was one of the fastest sports car available with a price lower than $30.000.
